Outstanding customer service, from the fast response to messages and arranging airport transfer to providing helpful recommendations. Spacious and immaculately clean rooms and bathrooms. The inclusion of a kettle with tea, coffee, and mate cocido was a convenient touch. The location is within walking distance of the main street, although be prepared for a steep hill on the way back. Would definitely choose to stay here again if returning to the city.

The decor is nice and rooms are a good size. The owner is friendly and helpful. The location is great, short walk to the center but quiet. Wifi works well. Supermarket nearby.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need. Wi-Fi, a kettle, laundry, picnic area, flat-screen TV. The staff even helped me with sim cards. Can't wait to come back!

During our recent stay at Hostal El Koru, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and hospitality. The owner, Gustavo, spoke excellent English and provided us with invaluable advice and recommendations during our 9-day stay. The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the bustling main street and with a big supermarket only 3 minutes away. We also appreciated the beautiful nature surrounding Bariloche, providing a perfect opportunity for hiking. And of course, we couldn't resist buying enough chocolate to satisfy our cravings. we had a fantastic experience at Hostal El Koru and would highly recommend it.
